I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults struggling with eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and other specified feeding or eating disorders), anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other life-impacting concerns (such as perfectionism and negative body image). I also work with athletes and the unique intersection of athletic performance and mental health. My background as a former Division III athlete gives me unique insight into the pressures faced by high achievers and competitive individuals.

Good Faith Estimate Notice:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

I recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card before your first appointment. Ask about your mental health outpatient benefits, including your copay/coinsurance amount, deductible status, and whether there are any visit limits. If you experience any issues, I can also help run an insurance check prior to your first session.
-
I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
-
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee that cannot be billed to insurance. I understand that emergencies happen, and I’m happy to discuss individual circumstances as they arise.

You can schedule an initial session by contacting me through the contact form on my website, calling my office, or emailing me directly. I’ll respond within 1-2 business days to schedule a time that works for you.
Once you’ve scheduled your first appointment, you’ll receive intake paperwork to complete before our session. This includes demographic information, insurance details, medical and mental health history, and informed consent forms. Completing this in advance allows us to maximize our time together during your first session.
