Depression Isn't Sadness —
It's a Weight That Deserves Care

Depression is one of the most common — and most misunderstood — mental health conditions. It can feel like living behind glass, like everything has become gray and effortful, like you're going through the motions without really being present. It's not weakness. It's not something you can just "snap out of." And it's not permanent.

Depression therapy at Mindful Willow Wellness is a space where your experience is taken seriously. We'll work together to understand what's fueling your depression, address underlying contributors, and gradually reconnect you with the vitality and meaning that depression has dimmed.

For many of my clients, depression overlaps with eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, or trauma — and I'm trained to address these complex presentations together rather than in isolation.
