What We Offer

At Mindful Willow Wellness, our therapy services are designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals seeking to improve their mental health and emotional well-being. We use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them navigate life's challenges and foster personal growth.

  • Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions focused on exploring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We work collaboratively with clients to address a wide range of issues, including eating disorders (anorexia, binge eating, bulimia, OSFED, disordered eating), anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem.

  • Family Therapy: Involving family members in the therapeutic process to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships within the family unit. It helps families gain insight into their dynamics and encourages improved interactions. Family-based therapy (FBT) is utilized explicitly for clients undergoing treatment for eating disorders who could benefit from more direct involvement from the family system.

Our Approach

  • Evidence-Based Practices: We utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, ensuring our clients receive effective, individualized care.

  • Client-Centered Focus: Our approach prioritizes building a trusting relationship with each client, creating a space where they feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment.

  • Holistic Perspective: We recognize that mental health is interconnected with physical and emotional well-being, and we consider all aspects of a client's life when developing treatment plans. We seek to have strong relationships with other community providers to collaborate and provide the best care options.
