Coaching

What we have to offer.

You see your loved one struggling. You watch them disappear—physically, emotionally, or both. Mealtimes are war zones. Conversations about food end in tears or silence. You're terrified, exhausted, and completely lost about what to do.

The Truth No One Tells You:

Supporting someone with an eating disorder is one of the hardest things you'll ever do. It's not your fault you don't know what to do—no one teaches you this.

You need guidance. You need skills. You need someone who understands both the clinical side of eating disorders and the emotional toll on families.

That's where Mindful Willow Wellness comes in.

What We'll Work On Together

As your coach, we'll help you:

  • Understand the Disorder (Without Becoming an Expert)

  • Communicate Effectively

  • Set Boundaries That Protect Everyone

  • Navigate Your Own Emotions

  • Show Up as the Anchor They Need

  • Take Care of Yourself

Why Coaching (Not Therapy)?

This is not clinical treatment. I'm not treating your loved one's eating disorder—they need their own clinical team for that.

This is coaching for YOU—focused on giving you the practical tools, strategies, and emotional support to navigate this journey while protecting your own mental health.

Coaching is:

  • Future-focused and action-oriented

  • Focused on your growth and resilience

  • About building skills and strategies

  • Collaborative and empowering

Therapy is:

  • Clinical treatment for mental health conditions

  • Focused on diagnosis and healing

  • About processing trauma and symptoms

If you're struggling with your own mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, trauma), therapy may be a better fit.
